TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GROUPS :

The deposit is part of the total package payment and will be payable at the time of booking. A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the package is required (non-refundable), the balance to be paid and received at our offices, along with your reservation form, 30 days before the selected date. If you book your package less than 30 days before, full payment must be made at the time of booking. Payments by check, bank transfer are accepted.

TERMS OF CANCELATION :

A cancellation letter must be written and signed by the responsible person who completed the reservation form. The date of cancellation will correspond to the date of receipt of this letter at our offices. Based on this date, the following charges will apply:

More than 30 days before the activity: 30% of the total cost of the package
From 15 to 30 days before the activity: 70% of the total cost of the package
Less than 15 days before the activity: 100% of the total cost of the package (no refund).

MÉCAGLISSE QUÉBEC Inc. reserves the right to modify the rental or training dates in the event of a weather problem or exceptional circumstance, without notice. No service can be reimbursed in the event of bad weather. Substitution programs will be put in place with the approval of the participants.

No reimbursement request regarding the vaccination passport will be accepted.

REQUEST FOR POSTPONEMENT OF TRAINING

The participant can postpone the date according to the availability of Mécaglisse and according to the following conditions:

More than 30 days before the selected date: credit applicable in the same year + 10% compensatory costs
From 15 to 30 days before the selected date: credit applicable in the same year + 50% compensatory costs
Less than 15 days before the selected date: No credit or refund possible

N.B: Any postponement is final and non-renewable. If it is not possible to postpone in the same year, Mécaglisse will grant you a postponement for the following year, applying postponement fees, provided you find a replacement. If the prices change from the activity, you will have to pay the additional fees as the rates are subject to change without notice.

No request for postponement regarding the vaccination passport will be accepted.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Here are the policies regarding gift certificates:

Gift certificates are not refundable.
They have no expiration date until the date of the activity is selected.
Prices may vary without notice. So, for specific vouchers, at the time of your reservation, you may have to pay the difference between the amount paid when purchasing the gift certificate and the amount required for the activity on the date of the reservation.
They are not applicable for the purchase of prepaid plans.

MECAGLISSE is not responsible for accidents, stolen goods and personals on the premises. No camping allowed.

1- TRACK ACCESS

Access roads are limited to 20miles per hour, as per Quebec’s road code. All participants and visitors must obey traffic devices. Parking on site authorized only during business hours. Spectators must use designated areas. No spectators allowed on the tracks. Failure to do so will bring to immediate exclusion. Before starting a driving session, pilots must pass by the club house with their guests to sign a liability certificate and get a paddock space.

2- TRACK RULES

All participants must have a valid driver’s license. Track limited to 7 vehicles at the time (except for competition). Passing is allowed at reduced speed. No racing is allowed during driver’s practice. The owner reserves the right to stop a participant for wreck less driving. A third warning is an automatic exclusion without refund or prorate. Participants must follow the orders given by the track manager. If drivers do not respect safety regulations, they lay themselves open to a verbal warning, a temporary or permanent exclusion from the track. In case of exclusion, drivers will not be entitled to a refund. Drivers are responsible for the acts of their guests. If they do not respect safety regulations or instructions given by MECAGLISSE management, drivers will be sanctioned as if they had themselves infringed track regulations. Appropriate equipment for motor sport is required. Helmet and seat belts are mandatory for drivers and passengers. Maximum noise is set at 95db per car or motorcycles. Vehicles must be road legal or designated class. Track direction must be respected. All participants must adhere to sites rules. Drivers impaired due to alcohol or drugs will be automatically excluded. MECAGLISSE reserves the right to cancel due to weather, repeated wreck less driving.

Damages will be paid for by the person responsible.
